Q How has your art form and lifestyle evolved through creative expression?
Creative Expression has allowed me to learn about myself as a woman and an artist. Creating art, whether it’s through drawing/painting, modeling, photography, ect. has helped me boost my self confidence, create connections with talented people, and promote my well-being.
Q What inspires you?
I am inspired by experiences.This can come from a variety of things like, emotions, traveling, and memories. I feel like it gives art a deeper meaning when it is inspired from a personal experience. You know exactly how it made you feel and it’s easier to bring to life.
Q Do you think that creativity is part of human nature or is it something that must be nurtured and learned?
Honestly I can agree with both. I definitely think that creativity is a part of human nature but I think some people just prefer to be a consumer rather than create and that’s totally okay. Over time I believe that creativity can be nurtured and learned. People can be inspired by almost anything which can trigger creativity.
Q Describe how artistic style expression is important to society.
It can be used as a tool to drive cultural narratives, emotions, and even address societal issues. This is why representation is so important.
